Did a cursory run thru on Market Talk of why your body of work was destroyed, let me say I find it an interesting time to delete all, in front of a historic vote over the weekend that our current Pres. and team have placed their reputation on. I found the explanations by the mods laughable, not sure I will go back…I found over the past couple weeks the verbage very hostile fromthe permabull side (they can be as damaging as a permabear for an active trader)…one recent poster characterized people he painted as "doomers" wondering about them being mentally ill, also suicideall, I put two written flags in but I don't believe anything was ever done by the moderators on MSN!!??…then all your post are gone?? Will keep checking back for updates on the progress on your blog.

I really appreciate your support and trying to put the Tsunami Thread back together. The 72 deletes at the beginning of the tread are testimony o the damage reaped and to my personal feelings of having my books burned and my spirit raped by an impersonal system that is controlled by the will of Banks and where humans have become mere parasites to the elites and their corporate interests which control government. It may not be as bad as all that, but it does look like a Tsunami hit the Tsumai thread doesn't it?

I've offered to rebuild the tsunami thread from my files. Tall-Guy has agreed and suggested I check in with you. I'd do so only with your approval. If for any reason you'd rather not have me do it, please let me know here.

I'd undertand if you're reluctant to take MS off the hook and have anyone other than them do the work. Small consolation, but they are caving to pressure now.

From my files, all of the thread can be rebuilt by simple copy and paste from #1 to #1028. The Duff entries alone from #1028 to end would have to be reconstructed from printouts on hand. All other entries would again be a simple copy and paste process from existing files. Some Duff entries would be retyped in the edit process after the thread is completed. Quotes would be retrieved as best as possible, copy and paste, or typed in.

We await your pleasure.

I imagine this whole ordeal has been very upsetting and depressing for you. I am appalled by the actions of MSN’s Market Talk. It has been said that perhaps my reposting of the Tsunami thread violates MSN Terms of Service. “Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn.” Apparently, you can be permanently banned and have all your posts deleted, without warning, for no apparent reason. I see that they have lifted the ban and still hope that they restore all of your posts. I was pleased to learn that O&G had copied the whole Tsunami thread but there is so much more that has been deleted. I am truly sorry, and so upset by this “mistake.”

I am looking forward to your news site and I am humbled that you would consider making me a contributing editor. As we both know, it has been a few years since I have truly contributed any research. “Investigative Journalism is being systematically weeded out and the need for citizen reporting becomes ever more important in the effort to prevent the "One World, One Dream" mantra/slogan of the corporate authoritarian states from becoming a substitute for real freedom, real liberty and real democracy.” Duffminster, I agree with you and I admire your commitment to investigative journalism.

I'll add my 2 cents, was much surprised at your banning and deletion. I actually look for your posts, among others, because of the informaton and the way its presented.

According to the mods, its a large mistake potentially carried out by a "rogue" mod. I do hope they sort it out quickly and you return.

Well, I first found out about it when I couldn't log in. So I just went to the message board without being logged in and saw that all my postes in the Tsunami thread were deleted. Then I started poking around and all my posts over the years were gone.

Kind of depressing but I should not be suprised. MSN is one of the only mainstream outlets that actually allows as much progressive information as they do.

I stayed within the boundries of TOS as far as I know. I never received any pre-emptive warning that I was about to banned.

As a long time contributor of diverse content on the board I was shocked not have received any type of polite warning.

I believe that despite protests to the contrary, that this was a clear act of censorship pushed through from the higest levels of MSN and probably Microsoft in my opinion.

This type of censorship spells the end of true Freedom of Speech in this nation under the evolving fascism and corporate totalitarianism. We must stand bravely agains this and when "Banned" from one venue, we must create new media, new messages and new semantics to combat the Orwellian Propoganda machine, whose masters assume that there increasingly dominant financial disposition also gives them some sort of entitlement to treat the rest of us as sheep to be hearded and mindless drones to be programmed to always accept more, demand less, and produce more wealth for them while giving up our freedoms in the name of the terror the manufacturer to scare us.

Stand strong, do not yield freedom, speak the truth, and protest the banning for as long as the my posts remain deleted.

Trust me. For many different reasons, they have backups of all data and it is so by law. The excuse that they can restore my posts is not true in my opinion. It is a lame excuse and it clear that the truth scares them in my opinion.

And to answer your question, Archie is the moderator who was the first to contact me and say it was an "accident" but given that it was a permanent "ban", from what I understand it took at least two people and apparently no one in Archie's immediate chain of command peformed this "accident."

So far I can not post on any MSN board as of this reply.
